Yes, we are, in the next release (no ETA at this stage).

In the meantime, the current release (4.0.0) is available form Homebrew:

https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/xsd

I can also provide you with instructions for building the latest pre-
release from source.

oh wow I didn't realize it was on homebrew! I assume that version works
with the latest MacOS, I'll try working with that and see if it solves the
problems I was having. Should get back to you in a couple days.

Yes, for VS you may need to convert the solution but otherwise it should
be good. Also, if you prefer, you can try the latest pre-release which
has additional fixes, etc:
