[build-users] Build2 0.6.2 failed to build with MSVC 15.5.7

Hello!

I just tried to install Build2 for the first time, but it failed to build
during the bootstrapping stage.

I was following this guide:
https://build2.org/build2-toolchain/doc/build2-toolchain-install.xhtml and
when I ran the command “.\bootstrap-msvc.bat cl” during phase 1 of the
bootstrap process, it ran into compiler errors. Seems to be related to
templates that requires POD types.

I am using MSVC 15.5.7 64 bits and the version I tried to build was 0.6.2.
