[xsd-users] Problem for parsing CityGML using xsd v4.1.0.a11

Hello Boris,

Thanks for the update.
However, because I never use build2 before, after trying all the day, I
failed to build the XSD for Windows 10 following the instructions.
Could you make it for me to test?
