Building of the libxsd-frontend library with Visual C++ is not currently
supported. You can build it with GCC/MinGW as described in the build
instructions for XSD:

Note that the resulting library will still be incompatible with Visual
C++ (that is, you can't build libxsd-frontend with GCC/MinGW and link
to an application built with VC++).
