[libcutl-users] Build of libcutl failed on MingW

Sorry, I replied to you instead of oflibcutl-users at codesynthesis.com so i'm
reposting this.
I tried ./configure --disable-shared --enable-static CXXFLAGS="-O2 -W -Wall"

I got the exact same error. Anything more I could try please.
