[libcutl-users] libcutl 1.6.0 released

Hi,

We have released libcutl 1.6.0. The NEWS file entries for this release
are as follows:

  * Add support for setting a compiler::context value as container::any.
  * Return a reference to the newly set value from compiler::context::set().
  * Add support for empty any containers.
