[libcutl-users] libcutl 1.2.0 released

Hi,

We have released libcutl 1.2.0. The NEWS file entries for this release
are as follows:

  * Add support for automake and VC++ builds via meta-build.
  * Add support for resetting nodes/edges and deleting nodes in
    container::graph.
  * Redesign fs::path, add comparison operators.
